FM Verzollung

The FM Verzollung agency can look back on more than 150 years of successful history.

In 1860, Rudolf Friedrich ‘Fritz‘ Meyer opened a wheelwright’s at Klosterberg in Basle, which was later expanded to include space for horses and carts. Thanks to the expansion of road, rail and ship connections, the transport business became more and more important.

Fritz Meyer AG developed into a successful service provider throughout Switzerland for trade fair and regional transport, national transport, special and heavy-goods transport, container transport, trans-shipment and warehouse business, and customs clearance.

Since 2008, the FM Verzollung agency has belonged to the Swiss Post, which builds on our individual strengths – PostLogistics and FM, a combination that works.
